Online Dues Payments
TOPS Software is proud to present all new online payment functionality
for our high quality community web site service. The online payment
interface allows homeowners to pay association dues online through a
secure interface. Owner payments can be made online and automatically
distributed to the TOPS 2000™ accounting program through the lockbox
interface.
TOPS Interactive Web Sites offer scores of features for your management
company and community web sites, including the ability for residents
to view their account balance, 12-month payment history, violation history
and more, all in a private password protected area of the web site.
Now, add the online payment link and homeowners can pay their dues anytime,
from anywhere, all with the click of a button. Associations can collect
dues, clubhouse rental fees, fees for social events or clubs, and even
payments from vendors for classified ads appearing in the association’s
web site or newsletter.

Benefits of Online Payments
Online Payments are great for everyone! Please choose a link
above to learn the benefits of online payments for that party.
|
How it works
Any homeowner can make online payments by going to your web site and
clicking on the appropriate link. Dues payments will be available from
the account info page, where an owner can pay their current balance.
Other payments such as clubhouse rentals or activity fees will need
to have a separate payment link per item.
When an owner clicks the 'Pay Online' link, they will be prompted to
create a profile. As part of their set-up, they'll be prompted to enter
information such as their address and what credit card / bank account
they'll be using to pay their bills. They can enter more than one account
so they'll have flexibility in making payments and even have the ability
to sign up for recurring charges! They will also enter in an email address
so that each time they use the system, they will receive a transaction
confirmation via email.
Once an application is signed, it takes about two weeks to process
it and get set up. This agreement will establish a merchant account
for your association. Payments made online may take up to 5 business
days to clear your association's bank account. Your account administrator
will receive a daily email informing him or her of transactions cleared
that day. Transactions should not be loaded into TOPS 2000™ until
after they have cleared the association's bank account.
